Health Levels

The Health Levels mod adds another experience bar for your health.

By default, you start out with 5 hearts, each level gives you 1 heart, the max level is 15 (20 hearts total), and it takes 5,000 experience to level up for each level.

Everything is configurable. You can configure if you heal whenever you level up, how much health you start with initially, how much health you gain per level, how many levels there are, how much experience each level costs, the penalty on death, and if the health experience bar is visually rendered.

The lose type is what determines the penalty on death. When you die, depending on what this is set to, you incur a certain punishment. Here’s each option:
1. LEVELS_AND_XP – When you die you lose all your levels and experience.
2. XP – When you die you retain your levels but you lose all your experience.
3. NONE – When you die you keep everything.

If you disable the health experience bar, the mod is still active, but only the normal experience bar is shown:

Lastly, there are admin commands server owners can use to modify people’s health levels and experience. These are all the commands:
1. /healthlevels addlevel <players> <amount> – This adds levels to the specified players.
2. /healthlevels addxp <players> <amount> – This adds experience to the specified players.
3. /healthlevels check <players> – This checks what level the specified players are and how much experience they have. If you don’t specify any players, it tells you your level and experience.
4. 
/healthlevels setlevel <players> <amount> – This sets the level of the specified players.
5. 
/healthlevels setxp <players> <amount> – This sets the experience of the specified players.
